Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing product development plans, managing pricing implementation, tracking product performance, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the business strategy.

  • Develop and present ongoing customer insights, competitor analysis, and market trends to support product strategy formulation
  • Execute product plans and initiatives under the guidance of the line manager to meet revenue, margin, and product performance targets
  • Coordinate and support marketing, pricing, and promotional activities in line with business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales/channel teams to ensure strong product visibility and uptake across all relevant segments
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; recommend product iterations and tactical moves based on performance data
  • Lead and support product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Analyzing market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient product development
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A BBA/Bachelor of Science (BSC.) in Engineering or related field/MBA

Additionally, you should have:

  • Proven track record of product management, commercial planning, or marketing roles related to GSM offering
  • Experience in B2B segment preferred but not mandatory
