Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations with 15+ years of leadership experience to oversee and elevate our company's operational functions.

This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in optimizing business operations, managing complex travel and immigration processes, and maintaining strong government and law enforcement relationships.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. They should have a deep understanding of global visa processes, international business travel, and expatriate legal requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive oversight of all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will develop and implement long-term operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

You will lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce operational risks. You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive oversight of all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred).
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in operations management, with at least 7+ years at the director level or above.
  • Extensive network within government, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies (immigration, national security, corporate compliance).
  • Deep expertise in global visa processes, international business travel, and expatriate legal requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and influence executive decision-making.
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and crisis-resolution skills.
  • High proficiency in ERP systems, operational analytics, and corporate governance frameworks.
