Job Summary:
About the Job:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coordinator to join our senior leadership team.
This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating complex calendars, arranging travel, and preparing documentation.
Main Tasks:- Schedule Management: Manage and coordinate senior executives' schedules, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Itinerary Preparation: Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, prepare travel budgets and cost plans.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, meeting summaries, and action item lists.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with EST time zone.
