Job Overview
An Assistant Manager in our team will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Spare Parts Coordination: Coordinate the arrangement of spare parts and tools for service centers.
- Product Sale Verification: Verify and approve product sale return notes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- CSD Incentives: Prepare incentives for Customer Service Delivery staff and verify SVC staff incentives to promote a positive work environment.
- Software Training: Provide software training to new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Weekly Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with CSD to evaluate pending complaints and implement solutions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage monthly budgets for service centers, aiming to reduce costs while maintaining quality services.
- Addition Duties: Take on additional duties and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively inform, help, and advise customers.
- Listening Skills: Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Problem Solving: Problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
