As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for establishing a new office in Karachi and overseeing the office infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Identify and address any operational issues that may impact the success of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
