About the Job

This position involves handling customer complaints, sales, and repairs. The candidate should be organized, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer complaints and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues.
  2. Sell Companion Products and achieve sales targets.
  3. Handle credit sales, generate IRFs, and ensure prompt delivery.
  4. Meet monetary targets for Repairs and maintain accurate records.
  5. Forward cases to the Marketing Department and check contract and warranty cards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a BE (Electronics) or DAE (Electronics) degree with some business background. At least one year of working experience in a similar capacity or in technical coordination is required.
