Project Manager Role

You will utilize your technical expertise in various technologies and project management skills to lead the delivery of project work, deliverables, and solutions for clients by guiding a team of technical members to meet clients' technical and business objectives.

Your main goal would be to provide an exceptional experience for the client and a client satisfaction rating of 8 or higher.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible and accountable to achieve assigned revenue targets through effective planning and execution
  • Fostering and leading a team of reliable, trusted, competent professionals who can deliver quality results and aid in their motivation and development
Job Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business (MIS), Engineering, or a related field
  • Fit into our company culture represented by our core values
  • Proficiency in enterprise technologies such as IM
  • Familiarity with core business functions. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Packaged Goods industry, or medical clinical industry is beneficial
  • Able to effectively manage multiple large and smaller projects concurrently and deliver timely/quality results for customers
  • A commitment to positively influencing team members and guiding them on projects
  • Good oral, written, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers over phone or in person and facilitate sessions with customers/partners
  • Good problem-solving skills

Mastery of multiple disciplines including technical/business/sports, etc.
