As a skilled HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.

About the Position:

This role is part of our technical department and requires expertise in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards and local HVAC code
Desirable Skills:
  • Load calculations & BOQ preparation
  • Troubleshooting & root cause analysis
Technical Requirements:
  • HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Work Experience:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the planning, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems
  • Conduct load calculations, system design evaluations, and BOQ preparations
  • Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution and quality compliance
Reporting Responsibilities:

Report project progress, issues, and technical matters to the GM Technical.
