Responsibilities
1. Drive business development and market expansion in Pakistan, with a focus on
B2B project sales
.
2. Independently develop and manage sales channels, including distributors and direct customers.
3. Build and lead a sales team of
3–5 members
, ensuring performance targets are met.
4. Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
5. Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
6. Oversee sales project execution, product quality, and delivery performance.
7. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and product launch activities to enhance brand presence in
the market.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering or HVAC-related fields.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the HVAC or related industry, with at least 3 years in a
managerial role.
3. Proven ability to
independently develop sales channels
and manage B2B business development.
4. Experience in leading a team of
3–5 members
with measurable achievements.
5. Strong understanding of HVAC project sales, terminal products, and customer management.
6. Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering and project teams.
7. Fluent in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
8. Self-driven, strategic thinker, and result-oriented.
