Sales Development Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive new business growth.
Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and set up meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Establish strong relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Set up meetings for our sales team and provide regular updates on lead progress.
- More than 1 year of sales experience required.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with prospects.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and using social media for outreach.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with a passion for success.
