About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting project managers and teams in ensuring the success of our projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will also be expected to ensure that team members have the necessary resources and supplies to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all ongoing and completed projects.
  2. Monitor daily project progress and provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate meetings and project logistics.
  4. Perform billing and bookkeeping tasks.
What We Are Looking For
  • BBA/MBA degree from a HEC recognized university.
  • Fresher to 01 Year experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in organizing tasks.
