Business Development Role

The Revenue Enhancement Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building. This role involves creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing key performance indicators to optimize sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other CRM software skills (such as Salesforce).
  • Minimum Bachelors in relevant areas of study, knowledge of technical background (IT) is a plus.
