We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role in recruitment. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for corporate positions, including sourcing, interviewing, managing stakeholders, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience while improving recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with business leaders to meet departmental hiring requirements.
- Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with HR leaders.
- Manage the entire recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and source suitable candidates.
- Manage talent pools and assess applicant qualifications through interviews and evaluations.
- Negotiate offers and close positions promptly.
- Participate in employer branding activities.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Knowledge of selection methods and techniques.
- Working knowledge of databases and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
