Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent across multiple technologies and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a software house setup and a deep understanding of tech roles, stacks, and recruitment strategies. You will be expected to lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes, collaborate with department leads, and write compelling job descriptions tailored to specific technical roles.

You will also be responsible for using LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques to attract top talent, screening candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our values. Additionally, you will schedule and coordinate technical assessments and interviews, build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key technology roles, and maintain recruitment data and analytics via ATS and Excel reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment in a software house/IT firm is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, stacks (MERN, MEAN, Laravel, .NET, DevOps, etc.), and hiring needs
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
