The role of Senior Operations Coordinator is pivotal in driving the success of our organization's projects. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the coordination of new projects and manage international vendor and supply chain activities with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails overseeing project implementations, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • Project Coordination: Lead the coordination of new projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with international vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement process.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of goods and services from suppliers to clients, ensuring efficient logistics and minimal disruptions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field. A degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and proficiency in project management tools are essential.

Apart from technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
