Job Description

The Operations Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, handling customer queries, and assisting in process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Director of Operations in day-to-day operational tasks, project coordination, and follow-ups.
  2. Track progress of ongoing technical initiatives and prepare status reports and presentations.
  3. Support in audits (internal/external) by organizing required documentation and ensuring readiness.
  4. Facilitate communication between the Director of Operations and internal/external stakeholders.
  5. Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards in all technical operations.
  6. Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and minutes of meetings for technical reviews.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Operations Management.
  • 5–6 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
