Job Title: Guest Services Duty Manager">

The Guest Services Duty Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of safety, security, and service standards for ground operations.

This position requires an individual who can lead from the frontlines and maintain the spirit of our airline high in Karachi. The Guest Services Duty Manager shall coordinate, supervise, monitor implementation, plan, and develop the department to meet operational needs.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and supervise the team to ensure that manpower requirements are sufficient for operation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs.
  3. Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant local and government agencies to meet targeted standards and procedures of operations.
  4. Maintain the discipline of all ground staff at the highest level when dealing with internal and external customers.
  5. Plan and review the staff roster to ensure fairness, meet labor law requirements, and meet operational needs.
  6. Coordinate, plan, prepare, and present budgets for the department.
  7. Target optimal efficiency in administrative routines and standards of daily operations to meet company procedures and requirements.
  8. Respond to any complaints and compliments from passengers.
  9. Liaise closely with the Training Center to monitor performance and incorporate new training needs into future programs.
  10. Authority to make decisions for low-risk events related to the safety and/or security of aircraft operations and consult the Head of Department for medium-risk events.
  11. Ensure ground handling operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and our standards.
">Requirements:
  1. Completion of tertiary education.
  2. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field is an added advantage.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
  4. Analytical with problem-solving skills.
  5. Good writing skills and able to handle passenger complaints.
  6. Comfortable working in a diverse environment.
  7. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  2. Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
  3. Proficient in oral and written English or the local language.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with personnel matters.

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with passengers and stakeholders.
  7. Able to work flexible hours.
