Operations Support Role

    Job Summary:

The Operations Support Executive provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations.

This role involves coordinating with internal teams, cross-functional activities ,managing documentation, handling customer queries, and assisting in process improvements.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Operations in day-to-day operational tasks, project coordination, and follow-ups
  • Track progress of ongoing technical initiatives and prepare status reports and presentations
  • Support in audits (internal/external) by organizing required documentation and ensuring readiness
  • Facilitate communication between the Director of Operations and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in all technical operations
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and minutes of meetings for technical reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business Administration or Operations Management
  • 5–6 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
