Job Title: Billing and Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Billing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Effective credit control and debt chasing to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Reconciliation of finance accounts and direct debits, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Communicating with clients regarding payment reminders and follow-ups, fostering strong relationships.
- Preparing management reports, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
- Handling administrative tasks, supporting the office environment and ensuring smooth operations.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in accounting software are highly valued.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
