Job Title: Billing and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Billing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Effective credit control and debt chasing to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Reconciliation of finance accounts and direct debits, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Communicating with clients regarding payment reminders and follow-ups, fostering strong relationships.
  • Preparing management reports, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
  • Handling administrative tasks, supporting the office environment and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in accounting software are highly valued.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
