**Job Overview**

The Email & Chat Support Champion will provide customer support and resolve queries via email and/or chat.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their items purchased through an ecommerce website
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and/or chat
  • Document each customer query and solution
  • Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce website
  • Follow established processes and procedures when resolving customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with system information and process changes
  • Able to handle objections and pushback from customers

Requirements:

  • Superb English communication skills with a U.S or UK accent
  • Ability to convey messages in a friendly, accurate, and jargon-free way
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and priority setting
  • Specialist focus and professional composure
