
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through call interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service as measured by performance objectives and core values.
- Assist customers with their items purchased through the e-commerce website.
- Show genuine interest in each customer through courteous, attentive, and friendly communication.
- Offer alternative products/items that are not available on the e-commerce website.
- Follow established processes and procedures when resolving customer inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with system information, process changes, and future updates.
- Effectively overcome objections and handle customer pushbacks.
