
Operations Manager Admin and Compliance

Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASML) is a leading player in the steel industry of Pakistan, representing one of the largest private sector investments. As an organization, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting and Asset Management: Ensure accurate records of assets movements, maintaining proper accounting procedures, and adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Event Coordination: Arrange conferences/seminars or other events held within or outside Mill premises, ensuring smooth logistics and necessary arrangements.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records of the admin department, process administrative material purchases via PO processes, and coordinate with external vendors as required.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with admin policies & procedures within the department and by relevant authorities, timely payment of all dues, bills, rents, government charges, etc.
- liaison and Communication: Maintain proper liaison and coordinate with different government departments, perform duties on behalf of manager admin & security in case of absence, and supervise housekeeping, transport, canteen, and other administrative affairs.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely submission & processing of all bills and invoices, advise assistant managers and subordinate staff in their routine tasks, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Contractor Labor Management: Supervise and ensure that contractor labor salaries, wages, and overtime are disbursed in a timely manner, coordinate with manager admin & handle non-management employee's grievance matters.
- Statutory Compliance: Establish relations with all statutory bodies, ensure successful compliance of statutory audits, and seek advice from Company legal advisor as needed.
