Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation of projects that align with business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing resource utilization and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project schedules to meet set deadlines.
  2. Conduct site surveys to gather essential information for project planning.
  3. Estimate resource requirements for smooth project execution.
  4. Collaborate with procurement teams to secure necessary materials on time.
  5. Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  6. Oversee civil works and module structure installation.
  7. Install and commission renewable energy projects for institutional clients.
  8. Provide on-site training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
  9. Compile and submit comprehensive project commissioning reports.
  10. Ensure a smooth handover process to customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  11. Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing satisfaction and loyalty.
  12. Monitor and address site safety concerns, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.

Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in installation, civil works, and project management. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in installation activities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
