We are seeking a professional to support the implementation and management of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

About the Role:
  • Implement and review ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
  • Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises.
  • Document business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Test and simulate business continuity readiness through exercises.
  • Prepare BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Business Continuity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Foundation, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in BCMS, or IT governance-related roles.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent documentation, report writing, and research skills.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can support the implementation and management of Business Continuity Management Systems in line with ISO 22301 standards.

The ideal candidate will have foundational experience or exposure to BCMS projects, business impact analysis (BIA), or risk assessments, and be looking to grow their career in the field of business continuity and organizational resilience.
