HR & Payroll Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Officer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of HR and payroll operations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including maintaining attendance records, processing employee data, and ensuring accurate salary calculations and deductions.

In addition to technical skills, we are seeking someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee data and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Ensure accurate salary calculations and deductions, including tax and benefits.
  • Manage employee records, including leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, advances, loans, and resignations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in HR and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
