Sales and Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This exciting role involves promoting and selling IT products/services to existing and prospective customers, generating new business leads, and driving new business within an assigned territory.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Creating interest in products and services and generating new business leads.
  2. Promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Generating new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings, and other online sources.
  4. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  5. Meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
  6. Executing a consultative sales strategy and managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  7. Updating prospect interactions and statuses in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Requirements and Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field.
  2. Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  3. A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  4. A passion for driving the sales process including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
  5. Ability to work independently and develop plans to help the company achieve its goals.
  6. Exceptional communication skills.
  7. High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and high self-motivation.
  8. Fast learner with a background in IT preferred.
