We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This exciting role involves promoting and selling IT products/services to existing and prospective customers, generating new business leads, and driving new business within an assigned territory.
This position offers substantial financial rewards and opportunities for growth.
Key Accountabilities- Creating interest in products and services and generating new business leads.
- Promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Generating new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings, and other online sources.
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
- Executing a consultative sales strategy and managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
- Updating prospect interactions and statuses in CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.
- A passion for driving the sales process including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
- Ability to work independently and develop plans to help the company achieve its goals.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and high self-motivation.
- Fast learner with a background in IT preferred.
