Sales Executive Position

This role requires an experienced sales professional who can drive business growth and achieve sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  3. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Incentive Programs: Design and implement incentive programs to motivate sales teams.
  5. Credit Management: Manage credit collections to ensure timely recovery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
