Company Admin Support Lead

Regbits is a leading provider of [industry/service]. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Company Admin Support Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage a shared Outlook calendar system for all offices, ensuring regular updates by incumbents.
- Attend meetings, prepare or collect minutes, and follow up on deliverables, keeping MOMs organized and updated on the file server.
- Organize and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update People I (technical) documents and files.
- Manage the CEO's meeting schedule for the entire group.
- Coordinate quarterly board meetings and AGMs, ensuring accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
- Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
- Handle the CEO's office cash management and manage special projects as assigned.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of ATS as well.
