We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team at Programmers Force as an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and engage with them via various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Evaluate leads based on company criteria to ensure alignment with the target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
  • Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain a high level of activity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • Able to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
