Job Description

The CFO Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This includes managing daily schedules, work calendars, appointments, and ongoing tasks, as well as making travel and accommodation arrangements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage daily schedules, work calendars, appointments, and ongoing tasks for the CFO.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the CFO, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incoming MOMs, documents, invoices, and receipts, and prepare timely reports for the CFO.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, conferences, and events for the CFO, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is essential.
