ZNZ Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team.
About the Job:
- Oversee a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Handle complex customer complaints and issues, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform informed decisions, driving business success and improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and call center software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
