Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively to customers' concerns and provide accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
