Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality support and expertly troubleshoot customer queries via multiple communication channels.
  2. Efficiently create tickets with comprehensive requirements and assign tasks to relevant teams within tight deadlines.
  3. Effectively manage ticket lifecycle by prioritizing items and maintaining close follow-ups.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues expeditiously.
  5. Review, manage, and update knowledge base content to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent field of study.
  • A minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with 1-2 years in a similar position or leading a team.
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and process-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Postman.
