Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized coordinator to support key account managers in managing strategic partners.

This role ensures smooth execution and timely issue resolution to help partners succeed on the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including vendor account or listing troubleshooting.
  • Promotion Management: Coordinate promotional campaigns, ensuring correct setup, timely launches, and accurate data input.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Help onboard new vendor branches, adding necessary information such as SKUs, pricing, and availability.
  • SKU Management: Set up and update menu items or product listings (SKUs), including descriptions, images, and pricing accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape.
  • Acute sense of responsibility and ability to take ownership of the function.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
