
Senior Customer Relationship Manager

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer business needs and be able to develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include meeting or exceeding program and sales objectives, establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels within the account, and strategizing with management to establish detailed customer account plans.
Responsibilities also include reviewing and pursuing daily sales opportunities, setting priorities and action plans with Inside Sales to recover and book lost business, and consistently following up on all bidding RFQs.
The Account Manager will work closely with customers to identify and develop new and emerging accounts, and will be responsible for presenting RFQs to communicate our quote strengths and position for the final quote award.
