Job Title

A Senior Corporate Sales Leader is required to drive corporate sales and marketing performance in the Karachi region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic marketing and sales plans for the Karachi region.
  • Drive regional corporate sales and marketing performance to meet targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Regional Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement sales and marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions.
  • Provide insightful feedback on competition and product performance to senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience by handling business presentations and meetings effectively.
  • Exercise leadership skills to develop a world-class sales team.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Build and motivate a skilled sales team through effective hiring, training, and staff development practices.
  • Assign sales targets and territories to the sales team members.
  • Plan and optimize resources on a regional level to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Coordinate closely with all departments to achieve collective goals.
