Regional Business Head

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Business Head to lead our sales and services teams in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the sales and services function across the region, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions to clients and exceeding their expectations. You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.

To achieve this, you will lead a team of sales and services professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success in both sales and services management. Your role will also involve collaborating with industry growth, fixed, and mobility products teams to understand and customize solutions for industries and accounts in respective sub-regions.

In addition, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate accounts, acting as a liaison between these accounts and internal teams to address concerns, provide solutions, and maintain high client satisfaction levels. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the market and developing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline through market intel, networking, prospecting, and lead generation.

Another key aspect of your role will be overseeing post-sales service delivery to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will implement service improvement initiatives based on client feedback and collaborate for negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring that contract terms and conditions are favorable and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry. A bachelor's degree or above is required, and you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
