
Human Resources Strategic Partner

Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving the people strategy and ensuring successful execution across various divisions. This key position entails developing and implementing effective HR practices, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring organizational structures align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the people strategy to meet business needs
- Provide advisory services to assigned divisions to enhance HR best practices
- Evaluate and implement effective talent mobility opportunities to maximize exposure and skill utilization
- Ensure timely and quality execution of Performance Management Systems
- Conduct potential assessments, training, and calibration exercises with HODs
- Identify critical positions and develop succession plans in collaboration with line managers
- Manage divisional town halls for HR agenda discussions
- Assess functional and leadership competencies and carry out skill gap analysis
- Implement employee engagement and pulse checks through surveys, identifying insights and translating them into actionable steps
Operations Excellence:
- Generate requisition forms, liaise with Talent Acquisition Team, and oversee shortlisting processes
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees
- Participate in campus drives
- Support stakeholders in managing important communications
- Develop action plans for OHS survey results
- Facilitate mid-year and annual performance reviews
Employee Engagement:
- Cultivate effective engagement drives within assigned functions
- Plan away days and team-building activities
- Ensure plant/region visits and employee engagement activities
- Effectively execute Talent Recognition programs, organize award ceremonies, and conduct sessions on objective settings
