Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
The role of an HR Business Partner is a strategic and operational HR lead for key corporate departments. This position will drive performance management, process optimization, digital HRIS development, and full-spectrum HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Serve as the primary HR advisor to HODs of support functions.
- Align HR strategies with departmental goals to drive performance and productivity.
- Schedule and facilitate training programs for employees.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, and support succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, handle grievances, conduct exit interviews, and manage separations.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws, and manage employee insurance queries.
- Training & Development: Organize soft skills, compliance, and technical trainings based on skill gap analysis and monitor training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
