We are seeking highly motivated individuals to become Client Services Associates, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting clients in optimising their workflows and streamlining their research and data analysis needs.

The Client Services Associate role offers on-the-job learning and training, covering a comprehensive curriculum focusing on Fixed Income, Capital Markets, the S&P Capital IQ Pro platform, and Office Plug-in.

After approximately 1-2 months of initial training, you will start supporting clients over the phone, via web chats and emails. You will receive in-depth training on our data content, learn about our customer segments, and gain exposure to additional S&P Global platforms. To ensure success, participants must complete required certification assessments as part of a rigorous evaluation process that tests your skills and capabilities.

Once certified, the role includes proactively reaching out to clients to deliver training on our various product offerings. This requires developing an understanding of the client's workflow and providing tailored assistance to help clients maximise their usage of the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range.

As a Client Services member, you will act as a credit specialist for the S&P Capital IQ Pro platform. Collaborating with other team members is essential in this role. We interact with various internal teams, including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in finance/economics/accounting/related majors
  • Fresher to 6 months of experience
  • Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles to resolve client questions
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Passion for building relationships with finance professionals and enthusiasm in learning and working in the financial services industry
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritise, and work well within a team with a positive, flexible, proactive attitude
