International Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of various international projects, facilitating communication among diverse teams, and supporting project managers in timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of project management principles and possess excellent problem-solving skills that are essential for navigating the complexities of international projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, helping to streamline project processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, your global perspective will contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the telecommunications industry.

  • Assist in the coordination and management of international projects within the Project Management Office.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and budgets, to track project progress and performance.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring that necessary materials are prepared and participants are informed in advance.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential issues that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or operational support, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including familiarity with various project management software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Demonstrated experience working on international projects, including a strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting capabilities.
