Leading our virtual training team, you will recruit, develop and manage a team of instructors to deliver high-quality training across various technology skill sets globally. This involves designing and implementing instructor rating and quality metrics to ensure excellent training and improve quality standards.

You will also optimize instructor schedules in collaboration with the schedule manager, focusing on high-value and instructor TA. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing to develop and maintain the training schedule.
