Additionally, you will prepare budgets, estimate necessities, correct overspending, analyze cost variance, and schedule expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Our team is committed to summarizing, collecting, and analyzing call center trends and data for regular performance reports.
You will oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation, calling for repairs and troubleshooting as needed to ensure seamless operations.
To succeed in this role, you must maintain consistent professional improvement through company-provided workshops, tracking industry trends, and active participation in team projects.
