Business Development and Marketing Position

This exciting opportunity is designed for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our business development and marketing team. Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and sales efforts.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving business objectives.
