Job Role: Partnership Growth Manager

As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our partners. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong relationships and resolving complex issues.

  • Manage Partner Support: Ensure timely and effective responses to partner inquiries, resolve tickets in a professional manner, and maintain a positive tone in all interactions.
  • Build Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty with partners by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and celebrating their successes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Tech Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve partner experiences.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Analyze recurring issues and recommend changes to processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer or partner support (payment processing, SaaS, or tech services preferred).
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and/or phone queue management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
