Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Plant Operations
\The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong presence at the plant, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and communicated to all levels of staff.
\This key position requires a senior HR representative who can provide guidance and interpretation on all HR-related matters to plant management and staff.
\Key responsibilities include facilitating communication among employees and management within the guidelines of Industrial Relations regulations.
\The selected individual will also be responsible for guiding managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
\A critical aspect of this role is the proper implementation of the performance management system, which involves providing facilitation and support in that exercise.
\In addition, the successful candidate will facilitate the implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.
\They will also recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high employee morale and motivation.
\Another essential duty is handling staffing needs at the plant site for both technical and non-technical positions.
\The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
\Able to influence at senior level, demonstrating need for change, self-starter with drive to achieve change even when confronted by obstacles.
\Quick learning and adaptability, good negotiation skills, team builder.
