Job Title: Human Resources Manager - Plant Site

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at the plant site. The successful candidate will serve as the senior HR representative, ensuring a strong and active presence at all levels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive work environment by facilitating effective communication among employees and management within regulatory guidelines.
  • Guide managers and employees in problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance through expert advice and support.
  • Develop and implement strategic change management and succession planning initiatives to drive organizational development and growth.
  • Promote employee relations practices that enhance a positive employer-employee relationship, boost morale, and increase motivation.
  • Manage staffing needs for technical and non-technical positions at the plant site, including recruitment, selection, and talent development.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits, ensuring fairness and equity in rewards and recognition.
