Job Title: Senior HR Representative - Plant Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Representative to join our team at the plant operations level. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor to management, providing guidance on human resources matters and driving strategic initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication among employees and management to promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop and implement change management and succession planning strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits, ensuring fairness and equity in rewards and recognition.
  • Manage staffing needs for technical and non-technical positions at the plant site, including recruitment, selection, and talent development.
  • Identify and recommend employee relations practices that promote a positive employer-employee relationship and enhance employee morale and motivation.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and promote understanding.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive informed decision-making and resolve complex issues.
