
Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Complaints Officer to join our team. As a key member of the customer service function, you will play a vital role in ensuring that complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Acknowledge and manage customer complaints
- Investigate all new incoming complaints thoroughly
- Liaise with internal teams to update complaint processes and procedures
- Document all necessary information, investigation notes, and paperwork
- Conduct comprehensive investigations in accordance with company policies and client contractual obligations
- Liaise with internal staff and external parties to investigate issues
- Communicate outcomes to customers promptly and professionally
- Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement
- Prepare clear and informed responses to customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service or quality/complaints functions
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective prioritization skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to undertake training and adapt to changing job requirements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Full-time position working from our office
Working Hours:10am-7pm, Monday to Friday
