Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Partnership Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving revenue growth through strategic cloud collaborations, you will play a vital role in expanding our partner ecosystem.

About the Role

  • Identify and onboard new digital agencies to our Cloud Partnership Program
  • Maintain strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communication and support
  • Provide agencies with training and resources to promote and implement our cloud hosting platform
  • Develop and deliver partner documentation and resources for agency success
  • Collaborate on co-marketing activities and campaigns with agency partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Optimize communication workflows and track partner performance metrics

Key Responsibilities

  • New partnership applications
  • Revenue growth (ARPU and ARRR)
  • Agency partner satisfaction and retention rate
  • Co-marketing count and effectiveness metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or similar role within SaaS or digital marketing industry
  • Demonstrated experience working within a digital agency or consulting for agencies
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting concepts and agency operations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in account management, project management, digital strategy, or technology roles at SaaS business or digital agency
